Return Conditions

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 31 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original tags and packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items may not be returned, such as custom-made or personalized goods. Please note that clearance items are also non-returnable.

Process for Returns

  2. Approval and Instructions: Once your return request is reviewed, we will send you an email with return instructions.
  3. Shipping the Return: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Receipt of Returned Items: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for your refund to be processed can vary based on your card issuer’s policies.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

Shipping Damages or Lost Packages

In cases where products are received damaged or not received at all, please contact us immediately. We will work with you and our suppliers to resolve the issue.
